Getcha Nails Did Reviews NAILSavers

NAILSAVERS - PRODUCT REVIEW

I have a new (to me) product that I would like to share with you all today. The product is called NAILSavers and it does just what the name suggests, it saves your false nails from yellowing, color fading, drying, and lifting caused by UV exposure in tanning beds. What an awesome invention, right? I have used false nails and tanning beds before, and for any of you that use them too, this is a great product for you.

Here is a little bit about NAILSavers:

NAILSavers™ is proud to announce their 10th anniversary serving the indoor tanning industry. The company’s longstanding relationship with salon owners dates back to the late nineties when they unveiled their flagship product NAILSavers™.
NAILSavers™ are a remarkably handy, reusable nail cover system that completely protects all types of nails from the ravages of UV Light, especially while tanning indoors. The NAILSavers™ reusable system is constructed of soft, durable (latex-free) PVC with powerful UV inhibitors.
Over the past 10 years NAILSavers™ products have become a trusted brand that can be found in tanning salons from coast to coast.
NAILSavers™ is the brainchild of company founders Chris Scheurn and Eileen Allen. The company’s flagship product NAILSavers™ was created out of necessity. “Chris and I are avid tanners and over the years discovered that our passion for tanning took a toll on our nails. We created a simple but effective solution to maintain our nails without interfering with our tanning.” Says Eileen Allen. After the success of their core product, the company has also created TOESavers, FACESavers and HAIRSavers, designed exclusively for indoor tanner.

I was kindly sent a product sample for review. Each package of the NAILSavers comes with 11, which I found to be pretty handy in case you lose one. I liked that they were bright pink for a couple of reasons, one I like bright pink and second, if dropped it would easily be spotted.

Basically they are little plastic protective caps for your fingertips. I tried them all on and they fit very nicely on my tips. None were too tight or too loose. However, they do have other options for making them fit, either by turning them sideways and putting them on if they are too loose.

NAILSavers shown worn with them put on sideways.

Or if they are too tight, taking a pair of scissors and cutting a small slit on the side. After I put them on I gave my hand a good shake, just to see how well they stayed on, and they all did with the exception of my pinky one, however, I don't foresee anyone needing to shake their hand that vigorously while tanning.

They are priced pretty reasonably at $15.00 per pack. You might find these for sale at your local tanning place or nail place, but you can order them direct from NAILSavers.

Not only do they offer these for your nails, but they also have some designed for your toes too! I also see available FACESavers, which is much better than just using a towel to cover your face during tanning. You can check out all their other products on their website NAILSavers.com.

NAILSavers has Gotcha Covered

“GOTCHA Covered” home of NAILSavers, TOESavers, FACESavers and the NEW! HAIRSavers,

10 years ago, Nailsavers Inc. introduced their namesake product NAILSavers to the indoor tanning community.  Thanks to the support of the salon owners, the success of their original product has led to the innovation and introduction of additional Savers salon products; TOESavers and FACESavers.
In celebration of their 10th anniversary, NAILSavers is pleased to announce the addition of HAIRSavers to their specialty product line.  HAIRSavers utilizes a revolutionary Solarweave® UV inhibiting fabric that blocks 99.7% of UVA and UVB rays for up to 100 hours of UV exposure.   Solarweave® fabric undergoes rigorous testing by the International UV testing laboratory to earn its UV Block certification.
NAILSavers products now have you literally covered from the top of your head to the tip of your toes.
“With a growing number of specialty products under the NAILSaversä name, we decided it was time to bring all of our products under one corporate “umbrella” that was a little easier for our customers to follow and also redefine our products unique individuality.   In 2010, Gotcha Covered Inc will become the parent company to NAILSavers, TOESavers, FACESavers and HAIRSavers products.” said Chris Schuern and Eileen Allen founders of NAILSavers.

New name, same great products, Gotcha Covered looks forward to an exciting and successful salon season for 2010.  When it comes to UV specialty products they’ve really Gotcha Covered!
